Toby Fox created the perfect game for the Halloween season, Deltarune. Chapter 1 was released on Halloween in the year 2018. Ever since then he's been working towards the development of Deltarune Chapter 2. He's solely taken on to lead this project with only a few members in his team. Game dino crisis. Deltarune Chapter 2 Official Announcement

In the September report, the creator of the game has officially released the statement that he is currently working on the development of Chapter 2. The current pandemic and the deteriorating condition of his wrist are two factors that have had a major impact on his working process.

The creator of Deltarune Chapter 2 has been leaving regular updates about Deltarune on this website. He's listed down some of the setbacks he has had to face during the development process.

In the report, he has also claimed to work on further chapters in the future once he's done with the second one. The subsequent chapters will be based on what Deltarune Chapter 2 has to offer.

Deltarune Storyline

Set in the world of monsters, Deltarune is a game where the player fits in the shoes of a character named Kris, who along with his classmate Susie falls into the 'Dark World'. Here they meet Ralsei, after which the trio embarks on a journey marred with attacks from enemies, to seal the duplicate Dark Fountain and save the world, as has been prophesied. Deltarune Chapter 2 is a Wonderful game no doubt.

As of now, no trailer has been released for Deltarune Chapter 2 despite various rumors. Till the time more updates surface for Chapter 2, you can entertain your gaming spirit by engaging with Chapter 1 of the game.

Since Fox is struggling with his injured wrist at the time, he hasn't announced any particular release date for the second chapter of the game. All he has to say for now is that he wishes to finish the development process by the end of this year.

To celebrate the 5th anniversary of the popular indie game Undertale, Toby Fox had announced last week that his partnership with Fangamer, 8-4, and MUSIC Engine would feature a live-streamed concert of the original Undertale soundtrack. The concert was available to watch on the official Youtube channel and Twitter account (and still is for those that missed the opportunity).

The concert, which is a pre-recording of an orchestral concert done by MUSIC Engine in Tokyo last year, brought all fans of the title together for three and a half hours to listen to their favorite songs years after their original release. All of the songs (from all of the possible Undertale routes) were included in the musical performance in the order they appear in the game and on other music streaming sites (with the exception of fan-favorite song Megalovania saved for the very last performance).

Even with it being organized by Fangamer and 8-4, the end of the concert featured some (pre-recorded) original piano music done by Toby Fox himself. As he admitted to composing the music for this very event, he also told fans that the music composed of various arrangements from Deltarune, along with other songs from the original game soundtrack.

Along with this announcement, Toby Fox also tweeted that he would be designing and selling new Undertale themed merchandise. Although these highly anticipated designs do not have an official release date from him or the official Undertale website, they are available for pre-order as of now. He also mentioned that pre-existing Undertale merchandise would also be restocking soon as well (even though there is not a set date for that), with the proceeds going towards COVID-19 centered charities and relief funds.

Since it's release in 2015 Undertale has been a hit with fans, critics, and streamers alike who fell in love with the intricate (multiple) storylines, unforgettable characters, and catchy soundtrack. Currently, Undertale is available to play on PC, Nintendo Switch, and PS4, with its still in progress sequel Deltarune being available for the same platforms. However, as Deltarune is being released by chapters instead of all at once, only the first episode is available to play (even though Fox keeps fans updated on the progress for episode two on the official website).
